Abhishek Sharma, is popularly known by his screen name – Krushna Abhishek is an Indian comedian and actor. He is also the nephew of the Bollywood actor Govinda. Krushna Abhishek was born on 30 May 1983 to parents Atmaprakash Sharma and Padma. He is best known for his comic role in Bol Bachachan (2012) and Entertainment (2014). The versatile Krushna Abhishek has mad his name and earned massive recognition for his comic roles and dancing skills. He was part of the popular dance reality shows and various comedy shows. Krushna is married to Kashmira Shah and the couple has 2 children.
Krushna Abhishek first started his career as a kid in the popular coming of age TV serial ‘Just Mohabbat’ in 1996. Next, he made his debut with films like ‘Yeh Kaisi Mohabbat Hai’ (2002). After that he went on to work in more Bollywood movies like Hum Tum Aur Mother (2005), Tamil film – Enge Enadhu Kavithai (2002), etc. After some time, Krushna Abhishek shifted towards Bhojpuri films and worked on hit Bhojpuri movies like Tohar Pyar Chahi (2002), Devar Ji (2002), Rang Barse Ganga Kinaar (2008), and numerous Bhojpuri movies.
Krushna Abhishek is also known to play the male lead in the Doordarshan serial ‘Sautela in 2007. Krushna Abhishek is most famous for his dance reality shows like Nach Baliye (Season 3) in 2007 and Jhalak Dikhla Jaa (Season 4) in 2010. He is also famous in his comic timings in shows like Comedy Circus, The Kapil Sharma Show, Comedy Nights Bachao, etc. Moreover, for his comedy role, he also won various television awards like Indian Telly Awards for Best Actor in a Comic Role for Comedy Circus in 2014. He also won ITA Award for Best Actor in a Comic Role for the Kapil Sharma Show in 2019.
