KK Goswami is one of the shortest Indian television and film actor who mainly appears in television serials, Bollywood and Bhojpuri films. He is best known for his role played in Sab TV’s Gutur Gu. Moreover, even today he is remembered for his role played as the character of Gabru in the horror series ‘Ssshhhh…Koi Hai’ which was one of the successful TV shows in Star Plus. KK Goswami as of now is now seen as playing the role of Kalletra in the Bhojpuri show’ Bagal Vaali Jaan Mareli’.
KK Goswami was born on 3 September 1973 at Muzaffarpur in Bihar. As a child when he was about 10 – 12 years of age, a circus group approached his father to sell KK Goswami to them. They were even ready to pay Rs. 50000 to them, but his father refused to sell his son. As a child, he was ridiculed in public by his neighbours, relatives and schoolmates. But his parents were always by his side and stood with him as pillar of strength and support. He was ridiculed by many girls and their families due to his dwarfness. KK Goswami is married to Pinku Goswami and has 2 kids. When KK and Pinku were young their marriage was fixed. But after they grew up, due to KK short height Pinku’s family members refused to continue the marriage alliance since Pinku was of 5 feet. Eventually, Pinku Goswami remained firm with her decision to marry KK Goswami.
KK Goswami owns a flat at Mira Road in Mumbai and also owns a photo studio in Muzaffarpur. This actor is known for his comedy roles and has made his debut in the B- Grade Bollywood movie called Kamsin: The Untouched in 1997. After that he appeared in the movie called ‘Laawaris’ in 1999. He also appeared in movies like Benaam, Zakhmi Sherni, Bhoot Uncle, etc. He also worked mostly in television serials like Junior G as Bona, Gutar Gu as Pappu Maharaj, Sony TV’s CID as Dhenchu, Sssshhh… Koi Hai as Gabru, Shaktimaan as Khalli/Balli, Chakravartin Ashok Samrat as Varahmir, Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai, Trideviyaan as Missile Thief and many more successful TV shows.
