Rupert Murdoch, a media baron, is the CEO founder of Fox News. He launched the channel on 7th October 1996 to cater to conservative audiences.

The period between the 1900s and 2000s saw the meteoric rise of Fox News so much so to make it the leading subscription news network in the US. Presently, Murdoch is the Executive Chairman of Fox News and Suzanne Scott is the CEO of Fox News of the channel.
